Feedback is any suggestion, comment, compliment, or concern about your experience with Get Skilled Training that does not require a formal complaint or appeal. Your feedback helps us improve our training, services, and student experience.

What is a Complaint?

A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction about our services, staff, policies or training delivery. We encourage students to first raise concerns informally, as most issues can be resolved quickly through discussion.

Appeal Details

What is an Appeal? 

An appeal is a request to review a decision made by Get Skilled Training, commonly an assessment outcome, discipline decision or another determination that impacts your training. Appeals must clearly outline what decision you are disputing and why. 

All appeals must be submitted within 28 days of the decision.
